What we collect

Your email address and the preferences you set: fields, level, degree, remote, sponsorship, keywords. That is the whole profile. We do not ask for a resume.

What we do with it

We match job postings against your preferences and email you the ones that fit. We keep a record of which postings we sent you so we never send the same one twice.

Payments

Stripe handles payment. We never see your card number. Stripe keeps your email, the plan you bought and your billing history under its own privacy policy.

Analytics

We use PostHog to count page views and signups and to see where people drop off. Server-side events are keyed by a one-way hash of your email, not the address itself. The site sets PostHog's cookie for this.

Where it lives

Everything runs on Cloudflare: the site, the database and the email sending. Data is stored in the United States.

Who sees it

Nobody else. We do not sell, rent or share your email or preferences with employers or anyone else.

Leaving

Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all email at once. To have your record deleted entirely, email support@newpostings.com from the address you signed up with and it is gone within a week.

Job postings

The postings we show come from companies' own public career pages and public community lists. They belong to those companies. We store the title, location, link and posting date, nothing about applicants.
